General Manager

General Managers oversee the operations of multiple plants and paving crews. Their experience and leadership will build strong Hot Mix Asphalt companies, continuing the legacy of American roads for the next generation.

Education requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or business administration
  • Continuing education

Other requirements:

  • Industry experience including estimating, P&L, bonding experience and field operations
    Strong management skills

Compensation: $100,000-$125,000
