Quality Control Manager

Working with laboratory and field testing personnel, Quality Control Managers supervise the entire process of ensuring quality HMA materials. As part of the industry’s commitment to quality and innovation, these researchers also develop new HMA mix designs for the roads of tomorrow.

Education requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher, plus continuing education

Other requirements:

  • Knowledge of industry standards
  • Laboratory experience
  • Leading a team
  • State certifications and advanced training in asphalt mix designs

 

Compensation: $55,000 - $80,000+
