Quality Control Testing Technician – Roadway

The final quality of our roads depends on Quality Control Testing Technicians. They test materials at the paving site and inspect the hot mix placed on roads for density, compaction and stability. As advisors to the paving foreman, their technical knowledge assures that our roads are safe and durable.

Education requirements:
High School or GED

Other requirements:
Basic arithmetic skills
Good communication skills
Professional license

Compensation: $13-$17 per hour
